  • BISD Student Calendar 2019-2020 Approved

    The Burleson ISD student calendar for the 2019-20 school year is approved. Students will start school Monday, August 19, 2019. The last day of the school year is Friday, May 22, 2020. The calendar includes 172 days of instruction.   CLICK HERE to view the BISD Student Calendar for 2019-20.

  • AR Home Connect


    Students in grades 1-5 participate in AR (Accelerated Reader), an online reading comprehension program.  After a student reads a book/story, they can log on to AR (from school only) and test their comprehension of that book/story.  If you would like to monitor your child’s progress, click here for more information.  With this, you can even set up email notifications after they’ve taken a quiz!

    You will need your child’s AR username and password, which your child should know.  If they do not, contact your child’s teacher.
